Always store in the original box for safe keeping when not wearing.
Avoid excess oils, sweat, and moisture wherever possible.
For soft soldered pieces, dish soap, baking soda, vinegar or alcohol (for something stronger) can be used to shine the metal once it begins to tarnish. Do not submerge pearls, shells or coral in cleaning solutions. Use a Q-tip to avoid non-metal surfaces made of other natural materials. Wipe clean and dry with a polishing cloth.
For hand sculpted, hand painted adornments , avoid touching the silver surfaces directly.
Ribbons and fabrics can be washed by hand on occasion in the sink and hung to dry.
For any fabrics with plant based dyes, it is recommended to use a PH neutral soap and to avoid direct sunlight.
Avoid wearing adornments with clothing it could easily catch on.
